Finance Support Assistant

We are currently seeking a Finance Support Assistant based in our Head Office in Perth.  Candidates must be highly motivated, enthusiastic with proven experience in purchase ledger.   Duties will include high volume invoice entry, coding, matching, payment runs and statement reconciliation. Other elements of the role will include labour and plant costing, petty cash and general administration.

A sound knowledge of financial costing systems and excellent IT skills, particularly Excel is desirable.  Training on BEAR’s systems will be provided.
