The A985 Admiralty Road, between Dunfermline Road and Brankholm Brae Roundabout, will be closed westbound on Thursday 6 March for one week, for emergency gas main upgrade work.
A signed diversion route will be in place for motorists via the B980, A823, A907, and A994 westbound to Cairneyhill roundabout.
Some bus services will also be affected for the duration of our works. For more information on which services are affected, and the temporary replacement services, please visit: https://www.stagecoachbus.com/service-updates
Scottish Gas Networks will be working extended hours, every day of the week, to complete the project as quickly as possible. All being well, they expect to have completed the work and have the road re-opened in one week, by Friday 14 March.
Scottish Gas Networks have carried out multiple repairs in this stretch of road in recent months, so this permanent repair will reduce further disruption.
