• The A83 at the Rest and Be Thankful will continue to be diverted onto the Old Military Road today and overnight given the forecast for heavy rain and the high level of hillside saturation.
• Further traffic management arrangements to be determined on the morning of Friday 13 January subject to outcomes of morning inspection.  

Given the forecast for further heavy rainfall today and the continuing high hillside saturation being experienced because of recent weather, traffic will continue to be diverted onto the Old Military Road Local Diversion Route today and overnight.

Our team continues to have a presence on site and are monitoring conditions closely, and a further update will be issued if there is any change to the above traffic management arrangement.
