BEAR Scotland, Transport Scotland’s trunk road operating company, will be carrying out essential drainage investigation works on the A85 at Dundas Street, Comrie with works scheduled for Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 June.
The project will be carried out between 9.30am and 3.30pm each day.
Due to the nature of the works, there will be a combination of two-way and three-way temporary traffic lights in place each day during working hours, to ensure the safety of our workforce and members of the public. Parking will also be restricted on Dundas Street from 6pm on Sunday 18 to 3.30pm on Tuesday 20 June.
Ian Stewart, BEAR Scotland’s North West Representative said: “Our team will be assessing the condition of the drainage on Dundas Street, to identify if improvements are needed.
“We will do all we can to complete the investigation as quickly and safely as possible, and we thank the local community and road users for their patience in advance.”
