Transport Scotland’s operating company, BEAR Scotland, is set to undertake concrete investigation works on the B792 Blackburn overbridge located over the M8 between Junctions 3a and 4 in August.

To allow for the works to take place safely, the hard shoulders on the eastbound and westbound carriageways will be closed from Monday 12 August until Friday 16 August from 08:30 until 18:00.

Lane 1 and 2 closures will also be in place from 20:00 until 06:00 on the eastbound and westbound carriageways, from Monday 19 August to Friday 23 August.
