An overnight lane closure will be in place on the southbound and then the northbound M80 between Denny and Haggs for five weeks, beginning on the night of Monday 13 February.
This is to allow Transport Scotland’s operating company BEAR Scotland to carry out drainage improvement works.
Hardshoulder and Lane one of the M80 southbound carriageway, followed by the northbound carriageway, will be closed from south of the River Carron bridge to north of Haggs Junction from 19:30 until 06:00 each night.
These works will involve 100% recycling of filter material contained within the existing filter drain infrastructure, to SEPA standards.
