BEAR Scotland, on behalf of Transport Scotland, are set to carry out resurfacing on the A82 north of Kingshouse, near the Stob Dearg car park.
Works start on Monday 28 April and will be carried out between the hours of 7pm and 5am each working night. Outwith these hours, traffic management will be removed however a 30mph speed limit will remain in place as traffic will be travelling over a temporary surface.
To ensure the safety of the workforce and members of the travelling public, the carriageway in this location will be closed in both directions for the duration of the works. Amnesties will be offered at 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, midnight, 2am and 4am to allow waiting vehicles to be escorted through the site.
Access for emergency services and scheduled bus services will be maintained for the full duration of the works.
