Andy is Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute Highways and Transportation.  Andy joined BEAR in 2003 and has over 30 years’ experience in the highways industry. Andy has held a number of senior posts in the company and has worked in Transport Scotland’s North West, North East and South East Units. Andy is passionate about creating an environment where our people can thrive and deliver exceptional results. He believes in open communication and a culture of mutual respect, while getting the job done safely.
