Angie is one of our Incident Liaison Officers, part of the Control Room team who monitor the trunk road network 24/7 to check for any issues. Angie helps coordinate BEAR’s response to any incident on the network, from vehicle breakdowns to major weather events, and plays an essential role in helping to keep traffic moving.
