Eddie Ross is the Operating Company Representative for the North West Unit, with overall responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of our contract with Transport Scotland. He has held this position since 2013, having originally joined BEAR as our Road Safety Manager in 2005. Eddie is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. Eddie says ‘it is a great privilege to manage such an extensive and challenging part of the trunk road network. Every day presents a new challenge. Our goal is to maintain the roads to a high standard and keep it safe for users and roadworkers.’
