Ian Stewart joined BEAR Scotland in January 2007, and is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.

He has been involved in the trunk roads contracts since their introduction and has been a Contracts Manager, Network Manager, Design Manager, Winter Manager and Operating Company Representative. Uniquely this will be his third time as OCR having previously carried out the role in the South East and North East Units.

Ian’s top priorities are to ensure that we successfully deliver the Network Management Contract in line with our contractual requirements and our quality submission, while still achieving our own financial targets. Health and safety across all aspects of what we do is also a major focus.
