BEAR Scotland is proud to support the UK Armed Forces community including veterans, reservists, spouses of serving personnel or reservists and wounded, injured and sick veterans.  We recognise the skills and attributes these valued members of society have and how they can add value to our business.

We were recently presented with the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award from the Ministry of Defence (MOD), in recognition of the support BEAR gives to the Armed Forces community.

Our Managing Director, Iain Murray, also attended a Reserves Day Reception on board HMS Prince of Wales with North West Bridges Engineer and reservist, Scott Sykes. The event was to thank the families and employers of local RNR & RMR reservists for their continued support.
